What we use and Why?

 

PINK HIMALAYAN SALT: Detoxifying and mineral rich. Contains numerous minerals including Magnesium, Selenium, Zinc, and Iron.

 

EPSOM SALT: It is believed that Epsom salt stimulates detoxifications and reduces soreness and pain.

Add one to two handfuls into a full bath per bath and let them dissolve for a couple of minutes before enjoying the aromatic experience.
