Currently we only post within Australia and deliver through Australia Post.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with the products that you purchase; therefore, we ask that you check the quantity and quality of your purchased products upon delivery. In case of faulty products delivered please notify The Mosman Soap Company within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so may result in a rejection of your claim.

After returns are received in full, The Mosman Soap Company will reimburse the value of the returned products within 30 days. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges.

All soap is moulded and cut by hand which means every bar is naturally unique; so please beware that no two bars are ever identical in appearance. This does not affect their quality and cannot be the reason for a refund.
